In this beautiful small museum Here are preserved the remains and cast reconstructions of an impressive series of sculptures depitcing scenes of the Odyssey. They were found in a cave by the beach nearby and are widely known as “Sperlonga sculptures”. The sculptures were arranged in four groups around an artificial circular pool inside the cave which was part of a Villa of the Emperor Tiberius.
